but there’s absolutely no pressure to do it all.
Join us for every adventure, skip a few to explore Moab on your own, or just show up for the wedding — it’s your weekend, too!
If you’re thinking about joining any of our group activities,

Thursday
FULL MOON HIKE
8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Kick off the weekend with us under the Flower Full Moon.
We’ll meet at sunset for a short hike through Fisher Towers
as the desert transitions from golden hour to moonlight.
The hike will be roughly 3 miles round trip, but you can turn around
at any point. Please pack a headlamp and good shoes.
This is a dog/kid friendly hike.

Friday

GROUP RIVER FLOAT
10:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Spend the day floating the Colorado River with us!
Take a few hours to swim, float, and take in the
red rocks from the water before heading back to
camp for the welcome party.
This river has class II rapids. We do not recommend bringing
dogs or small children. Everyone must wear a PFD at all times.
WELCOME PARTY
6:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Join us at camp the night before the big day!
We’ll have food, drinks, s’mores, and a fire going as the sun goes down.
Once it gets dark, we’ll gather around the campfire
for a few words from some of our favorite people,
then spend the rest of the time drinking, catching up, and enjoying the magical desert at night.
Please note we will not be providing a shuttle to/from
the hotels in downtown Moab for Friday night.

Saturday
The Big Day!
We’re doing things a little later than your traditional wedding day.
The desert sun can be hot and strong, and we want to take advantage of the best part of the day:
when things start to cool down, the red rocks light up, and golden hour turns into sunset.
If you’re staying at a hotel in Moab, do not miss your shuttle!
Our campground is about 35 minutes from downtown with no Uber or easy way to get back.
The final shuttle will leave camp at 11:30 PM — miss that one, and you may be cowboy camping.
Otherwise, come ready for good food, cold drinks, a desert sunset, and plenty of dancing under the full moon!

We’re skipping the traditional reception timeline.
After the ceremony, grab some tacos, pour a drink, take photos, find a couch, play some games,
catch up with friends and enjoy the desert as the sun goes down.
There’s no assigned dinner hour or place you need to be — until the dancing starts at 9 🪩
Campers: feel free to party ’til sunrise.

ONE FOR THE ROAD

One last morning together before everyone hits the road.
We’ll have bagels, pastries, and some easy breakfast favorites out at camp. Come by whenever you’re up, grab something to eat, recap the weekend, and say your goodbyes before heading home — or off on your next Moab adventure!
